How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. On your iPhone, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, select Hotly, and choose to manage or cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge.
How do I restore a purchase?
Open Hotly, go to the Premium screen, and tap Restore Purchases while signed in with the Apple ID used for the original purchase.
What are coins?
Coins are a virtual currency used for messages and unlocking content. New devices receive complimentary coins, and you can purchase more or subscribe to Premium for lower costs and higher limits. Coins have no real-world monetary value and are non-refundable except where required by law.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can delete your account directly in the app from your Profile settings. This removes your profile and associated data. You may also email support@hotlyai.app to request deletion.
I was charged but didn’t receive coins / Premium
Purchases verify automatically, but if something looks off, fully close and reopen the app, or use Restore Purchases. If it persists, contact us with your purchase details.
How do I report a problem or inappropriate content?
Use the in-app Support channel, or email support@hotlyai.app. We take safety seriously and review all reports.
